Pension Dolphin Lodge

Located on the banks of gorgeous Mamori River, Dolphin Lodge is surrounded by rich Amazon Forest and biodiversity. Rooms have a nice rustic touch, and a regional restaurant is available. Getting to the Dolphin is an attraction itself. During a 4-hour journey, it includes passing by the point where the Amazon River is formed, resulting from the encounter of Negro and Solimões rivers. The trip continues on the road, followed by a boat ride on Araçá River, ideal for enjoying the beautiful scenery. Bright and airy, rooms feature forest views and wooden fittings. They include a fan and mosquito net. A private bathroom is provided with cold water shower, due to the Amazon heat. Available daily is a varied buffet breakfast with tropical fruits and regional specialities, as well as Brazilian cuisine for lunch and dinner. Guests can relax in a spacious hammock area surrounded by the native vegetation. A games room with billiards table is also supplied.
